Beyond the Countywide Numbers
Every Property Has Its Own Market
Countywide statistics provide a helpful overview, but they do not determine the value or market position of an individual property.
A home’s location, neighborhood, condition, improvements, lot size, property type, price range, and nearby comparable sales can all affect its potential value and selling strategy.
